We direct bill to most major insurance companies (for Acupuncture services only). *Payment for services for any amount not covered by your plan will be required at the time of treatment.
VIP Mentorship Consultations, Momentum Consultations and Wellness Consultations are not covered by insurance at this time EXCEPT if submitted by patient to a Health Spending Account, if available.
