VIP Mentorship is a 3 consecutive month commitment working 1:1 with me. The purpose of the Mentorship is to help the patient gain a deeper understanding of their condition, gain momentum with an appropriate strategy for their YOUnique situation, and develop confidence in their own ability to Heal by Design all with an integrative medicine approach, combining Chinese and Functional medicines.
The VIP Mentorship is most appropriate for those struggling to deal with complex ailments, such as autoimmune conditions (eg: Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (my specialty), Celiac, Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Diabetes, etc). And if a patient struggling with infertility has an unmanaged autoimmune condition, they are encouraged to do the VIP Mentorship over single consultation visits for better results.
Mentorship is by far a cost effective way to get expert 1:1 guidance from a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and integrative practitioner, and the best way I've found thus far to help patients get results quickly that have a greater potential to last.
INCLUDED IN VIP MENTORSHIP:
1. I do a Case Review of any accessible historic medical test results and completed health questionnaires and food journals. This must be completed prior to the initial consultation. This process ensures I am well informed about your case before we meet. This process maximizes discussion at the initial consultation.
2. The initial consultation, month one, is an extended consultation together of ~2 hours. This is to get well acquainted and discuss your case, expectations and initiate a starting treatment strategy. For months two and three, consultations are 90 minutes each. These can be done in person, when possible, and virtually.
3. Access to private messaging with me through a medical app for questions, adjusting treatment strategy, etc.
4. Discounts on nutraceuticals and other products, if needed.
5. Doctor pricing on all extra functional testing, if needed.
6. Reviews of test data included at no extra cost.
* You must APPLY for a Discovery Call to qualify for consideration into the VIP Mentorship. Due to limited appointment availability, not all applicants can enroll immediately.
*Case Review is non-refundable at $300 CAD + GST, due at time of scheduling first appointment. Each of 3 months fee is $597 CAD + GST.
*Insurance coverage is only possible with a health spending account and must be submitted by patient.
Once a VIP Mentee graduates, they usually continue with Momentum Consultations monthly for 45 minutes, including access to private messaging with me for questions. Momentum Consultations and private messaging with me is currently not available to non-Mentees.

Sometimes a patient or prospective patient is not dealing with a serious, complex illness that requires VIP Mentorship. In these cases, there is the opportunity for a single Wellness Consultation for assistance on their Healing by Design journey.
I do not recommend singe consultations if someone is dealing with a complex health concern as historically, I've found that those who do, tend to have very stunted progress healing. VIP Mentorship is best in this case.
A Discovery Call with me is ideal before committing to a single consultation. But, it is not necessary. You can schedule a Wellness Consultation using the link below. *Just be sure to give sufficient details about your health issues in the form during scheduling. If not enough details are given, we'll have to reach out to you for more information prior to the appointment.
Occasionally, some people like having a Wellness Consultation prior to enrolling in the VIP Mentorship as well. This is discouraged but is permitted if desired.
All Wellness Consultations are 60 minutes and can be done in person, if possible, or virtually.
As 60 minutes is a short time to discuss complex health topics, come prepared with questions and any pertinent data for review during the session. Please expect that we will only have time to discuss some fundamentals of treatment when I don't have much insight into your health history yet, so manage expectations about what can be accomplished in an hour.
You can schedule further Wellness Consultations at your discretion or my recommendation.
